David Wagner Awarded French National Order of Merit

The French National Order of Merit was established by General de Gaulle in 1963. It is awarded in recognition of distinguished military or civil achievements. Foreign Nationals can be received into the order for their contribution to France in many fields such as – for David Wagner – culture and arts.
