Since being founded by the Chesapeake Bay Initiative Act of 1998, the NPS Chesapeake Gateways Office has engaged network partners and provided technical and financial assistance to Chesapeake Gateways sites and communities that serve as entry points and key guides for experiencing the 41-million-acre Chesapeake watershed. This is an opportunity to reconvene with us in celebration of our 25th anniversary as we look forward to the next 25 years.
