This is a friendly reminder that the American Revolution Institute’s next lecture will be held tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. EST. This lecture will feature Dr. Steven Smith of the University of South Carolina discussing the results from his twenty years of archaeological investigations surrounding the Revolutionary War’s southern campaign. This lecture will focus on the activities of partisan leader Francis Marion, including his Snow’s Island camp, the Siege of Fort Motte, and the Battle of Parker’s Ferry.
