Registration for our upcoming battlefield tour closes on Wednesday, May 31!

This is a friendly reminder that registration for the next installment of our battlefield tour series exploring the Siege of Yorktown closes on May 31. The full two-day experience consists of a lecture and dinner Friday evening, followed by a day-long guided bus tour of Yorktown battlefield on Saturday. Tickets are also available for the Friday lecture and dinner only. Don’t forget to register so you don’t miss out on this unique opportunity!

Dinner and Lecture – The 1780-1781 Virginia Campaign and the Siege of Yorktown

Join us at the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown in Yorktown, Va., for a buffet dinner and lecture given by Dr. J. Britt McCarley, chief historian and director for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Military History and Heritage Program, on the 1780-1781 Virginia Campaign and the events that led to the Siege of Yorktown.

Ticket Cost:

General Public: $125.00 | Society Members and ARI Associates: $115.00
(Includes dinner and lecture at the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown only)

This dinner and lecture will be held at the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown in Yorktown, Va.,  and is part of a larger two-day program exploring the Siege of Yorktown. Registration closes on May 31.

Guided Bus Tour – The Siege of Yorktown

Following the Friday evening dinner and lecture at the Museum of the American Revolution at Yorktown, join us for a day-long guided tour of Yorktown battlefield to examine the events that transpired during the siege and to explore the various  locations that comprised it, including Gen. Charles Cornwallis’ inner defense, the French Grand Battery, the second allied parallel, Redoubts 9 & 10, and Surrender Field. The guided bus tour will be led by Dr. J. Britt McCarley and includes a box lunch.

Ticket Cost:
General Public: $195.00 | Society Members and ARI Associates: $185.00
(Includes Friday evening dinner and lecture at the
American Revolution Museum at Yorktown)

Bus seating is limited to fifty-three attendees. Registration for this additional tour option is being honored on a first-come, first-serve basis and closes on Wednesday, May 31.
