Join us for the exclusive Victory Towns’ Mayors’ Reception on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 5:00 PM in the elegant Liberty Hall at the Museum of the American Revolution in Philadelphia. The occasion is the 300th birthday month of Jean-Baptiste-Donatien de Vimeur, comte de Rochambeau, commander of the allied French forces who helped the Continental Army win the American Revolution.
This special event also honors W3R-US Hall of Fame recipient Général de brigade Vincent de Kytspotter, PhD, alongside other notable French and American dignitaries. Celebrate the presentation of Victory Town Recipient Awards, recognizing outstanding contributions to our communities.
