French Army Campsites 18 (south), and 36 (north) at Haverstraw

As the First Brigade, including Rochambeau, left its eighteenth camp in Haverstraw, about three miles from King’s Ferry on August 25, 1781, the Second Brigade crossed the Hudson and occupied this campsite on August 25/26, 1781.
