Julia (Julie) M. Diddell

A W3R-US member since 2018, Julie Diddell is currently the National Vice Chair on the Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route Association since her election in 2019. She serves as National Membership and Fundraising Committee Chair. Her achievements have been the creation and development of the W3R-US Alliance Circle Annual Giving campaign, the conception of W3R-US’s virtual program, After Dinner Conversations and the growth of membership.

In 2021, Julie was elected as Chair for W3R-NJ and as such is leading the state group to prepare for the Semiquincentennial by networking and planning with historical site, historical societies, reenactor groups, Crossroads of the American Revolution and other groups with similar French-American Alliance interests. In 2021, she joined the Heritage Tourism and Economic Development Working Group for Revolution NJ as the representative from W3R-NJ.

Julie and her husband, Eric live in Westfield, NJ. Julie is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Westfield, NJ Chapter. She is a member of several other Friends groups including the Friends of Griffin’s Tavern in Hopewell Junction, NY which focuses on historic preservation, education and events.

Professionally, Julie has owned Ortho Care Prosthetics in Westfield, NJ since 1996 where she provides artificial limbs and braces.
