Morris County Parks Victory Town Marker Unveiling

On August 27, 2026, Mary Swarbrick (W3R NJ chairwoman) and Brad Fay (W3R-US Executive Director – Outreach) attended the unveiling of a new marker about the march to Yorktown erected by the Morris County (NJ) Parks Commission and the New Jersey State HIstorical Commission’s 250th anniversary marker program. 

The photo above shows the new marker with Brad, Mary, and Tammy Duschene, the Superintendent of the Morristown National Historical Park, and Sarah Cureton, Executive Director of the New Jersey Historical Commission.
