The annual Memorial Service honoring the 8 French soldiers who died in Van Cortlandtville during the Revolutionary War will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 7, 2024, at Old Saint Peter's Church, Oregon Road and Locust Avenue, Cortlandt, New York.
The service will take place in the original church where General George Washington worshipped while in the area.
