DESCRIPTION:Revolutionary War recreated units will be invited to the 300th Anniversary of the Samuel Huntington Homestead in Scotland Connecticut. This event is being presented by the Samuel Huntington Homestead. This is an exclusive invitational event. \n\n \n\nWe want this event to be a great event as far as material culture and authentic as possible recreated units from the Revolutionary War. This is not to be the re-creation of an actual event although the house is on the W3R route. These activities will take place entirely on the grounds of the Samuel Huntington Homestead in Scotland CT. The address is 36 Huntington Rd. Scotland\, Connecticut. \n\n \n\nThis is a one day event with camping permitted on Friday night and Saturday if need be. \nPlease contact Jim Murphy via Face Book\, FB Messenger or the email address below. Boston Garrison\, British Brigade\, BAR and Continental Line safety rules will apply.\nAt present the Huntington Homestead will be providing: \n• Water\, firewood and hay;\n• Rest rooms and porta johns;\n• Participant parking;\n• Units will receive a small stipend to be determined.\n• Updates and schedules will be provided to those units who accept to come. \nContact: irishbrit1777@gmail.com for further details. \n\n
