DESCRIPTION:On the occasion of the re-dedication of Major Pierre Charles L’Enfant’s historical marker\, members are invited to attend a wreath-laying ceremony. The ceremony will be held in the presence of State\, diplomatic\, military and cultural representatives from France and the United States with the participation of representatives from the following patriotic organizations: \nThe Society of the Cincinnati\nThe Sons of the American Revolution\nThe Washington Rochambeau Revolutionary Route – W3R\nThe Tomb of the Unknown Soldier Foundation\nThe Society of Honor Guard / Tomb of Unknown Soldier\nThe Military Women’s Memorial\nThe Washington Memorial Heritage\nThe American Friends of LaFayette\nTheLaFayetteTrail.org\nThe Federation of French War Veterans\nThe Association of French Reserve Officers in the United States\nTheFrenchWillNeverForget.org \nTransportation will be provided from outside the Arlington National Cemetery Visitor Center to the ceremony and return. Park in the Arlington National Cemetery Parking Garage and walk through the Visitor Center to the tram stop. \nRsvp by June 10: RSVP@SouvenirFrancaisUSA.org
