Flounder Brewing Company marked the release of its new Victory Town Ale with a special celebration featuring General Washington on horseback, local elected officials, W3R-US representatives, and members of the community.

The new beer highlights the growing Victory Town initiative, which recognizes communities along the Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route National Historic Trail and their connection to the march to Yorktown. Its label features the Louis-Alexandre Berthier General March Map alongside the W3R Victory Town logo, connecting the local craft beer release to the broader story of the American and French armies’ historic journey.

Representatives from several Victory Town communities attended the launch, including Hillsborough Mayor Catherine Payne and Committeewoman Jill Gomez, Manville Mayor Richard Onderko and his wife Sharon, and Bridgewater Council President Joan Geiger. W3R-US board member Paul Blodgett of Montgomery was also present for the celebration.

Flounder Brewing Co-owner Jeremy Lees joined the festivities, proudly sharing the new Victory Town Ale with guests and staff. A portion of proceeds from sales of the beer will benefit W3R-US and its mission to preserve, interpret, and promote the Trail.

The launch offered a spirited example of how local businesses, municipalities, and Trail partners can work together to bring Revolutionary history into the present day—inviting residents and visitors alike to explore the stories, communities, and shared heritage found along the Trail.
