W3R-DE joined with American Legion Post 10 in Newark, Delaware, to host a Student Leader Seminar on Saturday, April 11.
Air Force veteran Chad Carmack served as facilitator for the program, helping guide students through a day centered on leadership, service, and civic engagement. W3R-DE President Bill Conley was among the featured speakers and is shown in photos addressing the ROTC students in attendance.
Programs like this reflect the importance of connecting young leaders with the people, places, and ideas that continue to shape our communities. Newark’s location along the Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route National Historic Trail makes it an especially meaningful setting for conversations about leadership, responsibility, and the legacy of those who helped build our nation.
