W3R-DE Continues Trail Outreach in Downtown Wilmington

06/08/2026

W3R-DE President Bill Conley made his third journey along the Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route National Historic Trail through downtown Wilmington, Delaware, this weekend, continuing his outreach to local residents and visitors.

During the walk, Conley shared the rich Colonial history of Wilmington and its connection to the Trail, while distributing Trail brochures to members of the community. The ongoing effort is part of W3R-DE’s mission to help more people discover the history that passed through their own neighborhoods.

A special focus of the outreach is to further inspire Wilmington’s youth to appreciate the many cultures and communities whose contributions helped shape the creation of America.
