W3R-DE President Bill Conley served as the keynote speaker at a recent Flag Day ceremony, honoring the history and meaning of the American flag while recognizing those who have served our nation.
Joining Conley for the event was an Honor Guard composed of veterans residing at the Warriors Helping Warriors Resiliency Center in Middletown, Delaware, a facility he operates in support of fellow veterans. The Honor Guard included 2 U.S. Marines, 1 U.S. Army veteran, and 1 U.S. Navy veteran.
A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, Conley continues to combine his passion for public service, veteran support, and historical education through his work with W3R-DE and the Warriors Helping Warriors Resiliency Center. Events such as Flag Day provide an opportunity to reflect on the ideals of liberty, service, and civic responsibility that have shaped our nation since its founding.
